Charming Tours & Travels aims to offer flexible and fair refund options for its customers.
1. Service Cancellations
- Travel Packages: Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a full or partial refund (minus non-refundable deposits).
- Flights/Hotels: Refunds are subject to airline and hotel policies.
- No-shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
2. Merchandise Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Visa fees, travel insurance, and certain promotional packages are non-refundable.
