Charming Tours & Travels aims to offer flexible and fair refund options for its customers.

1. Service Cancellations

  • Travel Packages: Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a full or partial refund (minus non-refundable deposits).
  • Flights/Hotels: Refunds are subject to airline and hotel policies.
  • No-shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

2. Merchandise Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, and certain promotional packages are non-refundable.
